Self building your house?

With over 18 years in the building and timber kit construction trade, here’s what Stanley Brash can offer to make your self build successful.

Complete design flexibility

  • Timber kit delivery and construction, delivery or construction only
  • Full control over interior and exterior specifications and finishes
  • Design flexibility

Bring us your existing plans and we’ll precision manufacture a timber kit house based on them. Alternatively we can talk you through our own range of floor plans tweaking them as we go or bring on board architects or structural engineers to design the house that’s perfect for you, your plot and budget.

Timber kit design, supply and construction

From a custom built factory in Peebles, Scotland we can manufacture a timber kit house based on your exact specifications. We can supply and deliver the kit only or supply, deliver and build.

Already bought your kit home and have no one to build it? No problem. We routinely erect timber frame houses provided by other manufacturers. With a full team of tradesmen including joiners, electricians, plumbers and Gas Safe registered engineers we can fully project manage your build. Take advantage of our 18 years in the trade and avoid common pitfalls and mistakes.

List your interior & exterior specifications & finishes

If self building your own home is about choice, Stanley Brash timber construction kits allow you to make as many choices as your budget can handle. Whether it be choosing specific exterior membranes, minimum U values for glazing or interior light switches you have the option to specify (within planning & building restrictions) every element of your new home. Alternatively trust in our know-how and make only
the decisions you know you’ll enjoy making.
